Iphone 4 charging complete after put cable

try this solution and post results

1.first change ribbon flex
2. now  change battery
3.- check ways of battery thermistor line on picture atached too
4.- if all of this fails try to make this jumper and post results

  plug in charger and check at resistor if voltage is present.
