Iphone 4 charging complete after put cable

try this solution and post results

1.- change ribbon flex
2.- change battery
3.- check ways of battery thermistor line on picture attached too
4.- if all of this fails try to make this jumper and post results

insert charger and chk at resistor if voltage is present.
